  • Organization information: Organization name and team member details
  • Agent configuration: Instructions, tone settings, escalation rules, and other agent settings you define
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store raw card data)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Email content: Inbound emails received by your agents and outbound responses sent on your behalf
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction logs
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session identifiers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and route inbound emails to your AI agents
  • Generate AI-powered email responses using your agent configuration
  • Send transactional emails such as invitations, password resets, and account notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Analyze usage to improve and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

Email content processed by your agents is sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) solely to generate responses. We do not use your email content to train AI models. AI providers process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference)
  • Team members: Other members of your organization as configured by your account owner
  • Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Email logs and activity data are retained for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of any data breach as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your account and associated data
